Sander Polisher - multi use?

Sander Polisher - multi use?
I'm looking for a power tool to hopefully accomplish the following tasks.
1. Remove barnacles from 26' boat hull, wax and polish. (lot's of overhead work laying on my back with boat trailer tires on 8" blocks)
2. Rubbing compound and polish on oxidized paint.
3. Light rust removal on my F2 body. (I have angle grinder for heavier stuff that's not cut out)
I've been looking at the following products:

Thanks Hemi. I purchased the Makita. It's probably overkill, but better too much than not enough in this case I think. It's not here yet, but my boat will find out how well it works next week. Hopefully I will still have gel coat left when I'm done. The boat is worth a lot more than any of the automobiles .... maybe I should start with the oxidized '92 F150. lol
