Exclamation new injector installation

ok so I have an 85 f-250 6.9 with the ip turned up a bit, and my truck runs fine, but at 178000 miles shes still on her original injectors, is there anything special i need to know about changing them or is it an unbolt and bolt up job, I heard that there is some copper washers under the injectors that seal them and you can play with the spacing on them to raise "pop" pressure, is this true? or is this nonsence, i have the tools to do the job, but i dont want to get in over my head and not be able to go to work the next day (daily driver) im hoping its simply removeing and reinstalling the new injectors, and secret tips will be greatly appreciated thanks guys for all your help also is there a specified torque that they need to be at? thanks again

all data says to use ant-seize on the threads, install new copper washers and torque to 33 ft lbs, install new o-rings and run engine and check for leaks... when I did my 7.3 I steam-cleaned the engine before I started to make sure no gunk fell into the hole

The pop pressure is adjusted inside the injector, the copper washer under the injector has nothing to do with pop pressure.
