changing fuses

I'm trying to change to fuse that goes to the cig lighter dosanyone know which one it is. I dont have a picture.

On my 98, its #3. Your owner's manual should have a layout of the fuse box. You can download a copy of it from this link: http://www.motorcraftservice.com/vdi...&menuIndex1=19
