freez plug question

88 f150 300 st6
Do I have to remove the head to remove the freez plug that is located on the back of the head against the fire wall. shoots out a stream of water about 1/16th of an inch.

can someone post me a picture of a head from a 300 so I can see this freez plug.

Here are two pics. of the freeze plug on the rear of the head. The engine is mounted on an engine stand.

It appears to be a 2 inch freeze plug.

If you want to try JB Weld, I would use a stainless sheet metal screw with it.
You will also need a shorty screwdriver or angle screwdriver.
Find a screw about 1/2" long that snugly/firmly threads in about halfway. Then wearing rubber gloves, smear the JB alll around the back of the head and the threads. Then thread it the rest of the way in. Then coat over the whole thing with JB.
