First, you won't have Cleveland heads on a 302 unless it's a Boss 302. 1969,1970. The only way you'll have cleveland heads on a 302 other than above is that the heads were machined to be on a 302. Water passages have to be redirected from the block to the intake. Cleveland heads doesn't support water crossover into the intake manifold like the 302/351W. The heads have to be redrilled for that. It can be done because I've done it.
All cleveland's and 351M/400 has 8 bolts that hold the valve cover down. Windsor's only have 6
