Just what in the Hell is this...?????
I changed my air filter and was digging around in the fender hole that supposedly holds a sleeve for the AFE filter system...

I don't know but I wouldn't want to try and cross any borders with that chit in there.

i close that hole off on my truck in the winter cause all the sand and salt on the wet roads gets in there and plugs my filter...could be the PO did that with your truck...
