cam swap help

I have a 1986 F250 with the 351 HO and I plan on getting a new cam for it perdy soon. Right now the only mods it has are a K&N xstream air filter, holley 4160, edelbrock exhaust (supposed to be for 87-96 but fit my 86 perfectly) and next week I'll have some Mac headers. My question is how much lift can I go with before I have clearance issues? I'm looking at getting either COMP Cams CL35-235-3 - COMP Cams Xtreme Energy 4x4 Cam and Lifter Kits - summitracing.com or COMP Cams CL35-239-3 - COMP Cams Xtreme Energy 4x4 Cam and Lifter Kits - summitracing.com

those cams would be fine...

I'd go for the second one persoanlly, but to each his own. Piston to valve clearance should not be a concern with either, but valve spring coil bind is a factor above 1/2" lift.
