I think most are getting oil a wally and adding 1oz per gallon
I'm trying a mixture of 2 cycle oil and diesel clean adding 8oz diesel clean to 24oz oil,but havn't used enough to know anything (probly not worth the effort)

I have been adding 8 oz's to every 25 gallons as the filup does not work for me right now! She is very much quieter and mpg seems to be better.

i can verify a definite 1mpg gain. I was averaging ~18 before and ~19 since i started using the 2 cycle. this last fill up I got 19.52mpg (3rd fill up using 2 cycle). i get the Super Tech Outboard TC-W3 from wally world. $8/gallon and i have been adding 1oz/gallon. I am still waiting to see some concrete evidence as to whether it is harmful or not before I guy another gallon.

I never used 2-cycle oil in mine. I use .5 oz DK per gal. I will do some searching to see if the oil is working out. I carry 2-cycle oil in my store, so it would be really cheap.

I've been using dk the last two times i've filled up haven't checked to see what mpg is doing. Let me know what you guys find out about the oil working out or not.

i don't think my mpg has been to accurate, i was looking at the the ebps and tube found multiple holes in it. So i order a new sensor and tube hope this helps also.

thanks guys

In THIS THREAD there is the information about an independent lab's lubiricity study of different products. TCW-3 protects your engine better than DK and is cheaper.

My truck seems to run smoother & a tiny bit quieter. I'm not sure about any MPG improvement. I've been towing too much lately to get a fair comparison.
