pulleys and brackets
Has anyone ever tried taking all the accesory pulleys and brackets of a serpentine drive 5.0 and puting them on a older 302? Im having trouble finding the correct ones and im looking for other options. Also does the 351w pulleys and brackets bolt up.

The pulleys used on 302's were usually the same as the cars used, and fit other engines, too.

The 302 and 351 brackets will interchange.. since both motors use the same heads and the heads are where the brackets mount. The brackets do vary from vehicle to vehicle however so you'll want a complete set for the vehicle the motor is in.

The block is a 1968 302, the heads are 1966 289. I need the waterpump pulley. I had a car engine in it with a waterpump that exits on the wrong side. I changed to the correct pump for a truck and now my alternator brackets dont work and the waterpump pulley doesnt line up anymore.
