Hey Bill take care of my guys at the F100's
Lew, dawgs150 won one of the best of show last year. Brian, bd4martin, Barry, Savage2211, Dan, danlee, are all going down this year.

I saw in another thread related to the f100 Nat's that all of the FTE'rs are to meet in front of the Jacobs building @ 11:00am on Saturday.

I noticed that, too. That building is where the indoor portion of the swap meet is held.

I've only had one massage in my life. Was down in Cabo San Lucas. She was waaay too rough. I didn't even enjoy it. Felt like I had the crap beat out of me when she was done.

No doubt about that. But it puts all that stuff back where it's supposed to be. The range of motion of my arms has dramatically improved since I began these sessions. I do a lot of stretching as well, and that also seems to help.
Also, put some rice in an old (white) sock, pop it in the microwave for two and one half minutes - great heating pad. Lasts for a long time, too.
