The best chassis Ford,Dodge or Chevy?

'93 Ranger swears its because of the Blue Oval on the grille. Haha, but yeah Ford has the best chassis in the business, like the guy above me said, thats why their ratings are so much higher.

Ford by far has the best frames.
I don't completly buy into all the boxed frame hype. You need strength but I think a good thick C-channel is still extremely good. Ever look at a Semi, they run heavy C channel frames, the way the torque twists the truck a boxed frame would be bad. If its good enough for a big semi I'd say its good enough for my SD.
I also like my solid front and rear axles with leaf springs all around. IRS, IFS and coil springs arn't for me.

Boxed frames also trap water.
Many HMMWV frames were replaced due to this, and from what I've seen on a rusty "northern truck" Tacoma I don't care for them. What manufacturers care about are expense (steel weight is expensive) getting the shape they want, ride, and crash management.
Hydroformed frames are "strong enough", but these boxed abortions are also tough to repair (properly).
