Nut check
Check your nut on the end of your (sector) shaft next time you're looking at your undercarriage.
I found mine finger tight looking for the cause of a clunk when turning the wheel past center. I installed the lift myself a few years ago and torqued the nut to 200ft/lbs as stated in the destructions. I was paranoid so I marked the nut and arm with a paint marker and checked it over a few thousand miles and it didn't move. well, since then it did.
Glad I didn't get myself and/or my family killed.
