IC boot leak

Just cause I din't get a reply in an unrelated thread, I'll start a new one. Been getting high EGT's so I built a leak detector. Have a leaky driver side IC boot where it hits the "spider?". Should I just remove, clean, hairspray, and re-torque? Or should I buy a kit and replace them all? Here's a pic. It's pretty smooshed looking to me. Also, did I screw up by putting the green line back in while testing with the leak detector!?

if the boot is still good..clean it up and put it back on..if you want new boots..well get em...no you did not hurt any thing testing with the green line in..

Like Ron said. Clean all the boots, there are 6 of them. Might save from having this happen again.
