Upgrading the stock mirrors

I went to my mothers house this weekend to get some top soil and while shoveling it in I was picking out the bigger rocks and you guested it I hit my drivers side mirror. This is all after I told my wife she had better watch where she was throwing hers and making comments about hitting it herself. She was rolling on the ground laughing at me and asked me what I was going to do, I said it was time to upgrade to electric. So if anybody has the mirrors with the turn signals and/or the connector to go from 99 round plug to the newer flat style PLEASE give me a holler,Thanks

Don't think they make those. I went with the 08 mirrors so wires had to be spliced.

I agree...I don't think they make those. However...see the links...which have good stuff...

New Mirrors

Black w/white stripe - mirror heat. Each mirror draws 1.4 amps.
Brown - parking light.
Black - ground.
Mint green - left turn signal.
White - right turn signal (on the other mirror).

The yellow, red, and blue wires are for the power mirror motors.
Hope this helps...

and if you decide to go 08 style this will help you get them moving the right way.

I got my 08 mirrors from FTE/partsguy (Ed) for $350ish to my door.

they do make the adapters. mine came with the new mirrors when i got them directly from ford. i didn't need them but i already sold them for a bit of $$$.. they aren't cheap. i think they were like $50 for the pair. i would just cut and splice before i spent that much on the adapters.
