Pull after braking ?

Pull after braking ?
My 05 F250SD will sometimes pull to the right after I let off the brakes. It doesn't pull while braking. I have searched here and found that it could be a few different things. Is it more likely a sticky caliper piston, or do my caliper slide pins need to be lubed? Which is more common?

A bad brake line will cause the same problem.(The rubber one going to caliper)I had a friend with the same problem on his truck.the pressure from the master cylinder will force the fluid thru but line collapses when pressure is removed and will not let fluid return.
