Looks like the inspecion cover for the tranny? ANd is it leaking from there?
If so, I'd think maybe an oil pressure switch on the back of the engine is leaking and dripping down...or bad news..the rear main is leaking.
Best to steam it all off, get it nice and clean...then...look for where the leak is coming from.

We might have a tough time getting thing sorted via pics...but...theres always hope
Rember that in most all cases, oil leaks "down"...so, if the oil is at the top of the [pan, then what ever is happening at the bottom is just effect...not cause/
So you have to look higher. I don't know the SD engnies at all, so don't really know where your pressure points are at...but you need to look it over while running...with a flashlight...to see if you can find where it's oozing from.
I'd be happy to steam it for you and look it over, but you'd probably blow 80 bucks in fuel to get here (Oakdale) plus a 1/2 a day of your time.

well i just talked with my friend thats a diehard diesel fan lol. but he said it might be a rear main seal or it might be some oil thing on the back of the turbo. i just went out side to check it. and no oil is on top of the motor or behind the turbo. so im jus waitin for the weather to cool down and go steam clean it . lol since i got this truck. been having bad luck. freaking local cop thought i was "breaking traction" in a parking lot. so he gave me a speed contest which is street racing. lol n wen i went to look at the oil bleed again. found out my rear diff cover is rustin like hell!

I know these trucks have a problem leaking from the turbo. When I used to be in charge of the vehicles at work I had to send one truck to back to dealership three times to repair an oil leak from the turbo.
I also I agree with Mike...that looks like a hole in the inspection cover. Is that the case? Or is the drain plug that just looks like a hole in the pictures?

That is indeed a hole in the inspection cover, but it's a factory drain hole. It's supposed to be there.
I'd pull off the inspection cover and drive it to the nearest do-it-yourself carwash and spray it clean all around and up inside around the torque convertor and rear main seal. There's not much accumulation of crud there so I don't think the extra heat and pressure of a steam cleaner is needed. You should be able to see where it's coming from pretty easily after doing that.
