I have the Z2 in my 08 F-350 KR, The unit is a little slow on start up but once on line it works well.
I have the I-pod attachment, blue tooth, Sirrius and XM radio along with a six CD Changer behind the rear seat. The xm unit is the GEX-P10XMT that works hand in hand with the Nav system for traffic troubles and delays.
Looking back on the install I probably should not have installed the CD changer as the Z2 has a CD/DVD player and the internal hard drive to store music.
