deep tone
Hi! I have a slightly built 400m with headers and dual 2 1/2in exaust with a balance tube. Its on a 77 ford f250. Right now i'm running dual dynomax glaspacks and i want to try a different sound. I want to have an earshatering deep rumble when i put the hammer down. I heard what i wanted at a gas station once out of a newer model ford and it made my windows shake with a really deep growling tone. does anyone know what this might have been. Possibly one of the flowmaster series? I know it wasnt a glaspack because it was to mellow, but it was loud. Thanks for any help, i'm not gonna stop searching till i can get that sound.

Try the cherry bomb extreme muffler, Cherry Bomb Exhaust :: High Performance Exhaust Systems, Cat-Back Systems, Mufflers and Glasspacks :: Disturbing the Peace Since 1968. Jus like a straight pipe, Excpet it looks like a muffler.

Thanks for all the help! I'm running 12in dynomax race magnums for my glasspacks. I dont know what brand my headers are, but they are full length. I'm almost positive that the exhaust i heard wasnt a glasspack, but i have been wrong. Thanks again!
