new power door locks???
I've almost got the wife convinced that I need to spend my federal rebate on new door locks.
The tax refund check coverd ALL of the kids' extra schooling so we don't have to worry about that bill.
I did the "tin foil" mod and that lasted almost 2 years. The locks still do work... but the drivers side chatters horribly now and only locks half the time. The remote key fob doesn't work at all. I want to get the aftermarket servos and those nice billet door handles... strong working locks and additional theft protection, sounds GREAT! If cost becomes a factor, I'd just go with the lock servos themselves.
She is starting to yield because she asked what the cost would be.
Where can I find these aftermarket power door locks and the billet door handles? Where could I go to have them installed? I really don't want to do this particular job all by myself.
