I don't want to spend a million bucks ($100-200) but would still like to get something reliable and fairly easy to use. Any suggestions?

I bought this one mid-December '06. Best price @ the time was, believe it or not, Amazon.com , $109.99 w/Free shipping. Had to update to this one for my Mom's '05 Escape and my '08 E250.
