tire size

my stock tires are 255/70-17. would a set of 265/70-17 go on those rims no problem without changing my speedo too much.

I put on 265/75/R17's and I have a hard time seeing any change in the speedo. Those "you are going" radars always seem to be dead on. Just like it was before with the 235/70/R17's.

265/70R17s are 31.6
255/70R17s are 31.1

So the .5" difference wouldn't be much of a difference, and definitely not noticable.
So when the speedo says you're doing 70MPH, you might be doing 71

At 45 mph, it probably isn't even noticable.
