I don't think it will work well. On the leaf spring front ends like my 02, the leveling kits rub a bit with 315s and a 4" lift rubs at full lock with 315s. The backspace of the wheels could buy you a little space, but I think you would be happier with at least a leveling kit and 315s.

I bought a set of 16 x 10 rims off a guy that had some bald 315s on them so I put them on to see how they would do and they rubbed. I have an 04 F250 with the X springs(snow plow package)

I have an 004 350 had 1 extra leaf put in front for the plow just put on 305 70 16's on 16x10's with a 4.5" backspace and i get a slight rub on the driver side wheelwell when at full lock and hit a bump. I think the 315's are alittle tall and would probably rub

i have a f350 with a leveling kit and they only rubbed a little.so maybe if you put the stock 1 ton blocks in the back and raise the front you might be o.k.
