Noise in rear

Turbo Issue
On occasion when I start my truck and go to drive it you can hear the turbo spooling but it sounds like its dumping it (the truck has noooo power) and if i pull over and restart the truck numerous time's it goes away and drives great so I dont know?

Have you checked your intercooler boots to make sure the clamps are tight? There are 4 on the IC tubes and 2 orange ones under the spider coming out of the turbo. If they are full on grime, take them off and clean them and install them making sure the clamps are tight enough to not leak.
