Put a come-along on it and pull it back.

Could this be done by hooking the come along to a tree and the other end to the bumper? or will I need to try to back the bumper up to a tree and use the tree next to it as an anchor point? I'm just thinking the truck will roll when you use the come along.

you can hook to a tree or even another vehicle. Thats what I did many times this past winter straightening my snowplow. If your truck moves while pulling have a friend step on your brakes while you pull.

Find something wide to hook to the bumper. The come-along is a great idea, but if you just put the hook on your bumper you may end up just bending a crease in the bottom.

Put a wide strap around the bumper and hook the come along to it? Any idea what to use?

The 15k straps used by flatbed truckers have a 3-4" wide hook on one end. It would just help if you can find someway to distribute the load over a larger area while your pulling on it.

ok again with the 15k straps maybe hook both ends to the bumper as it would distribute the load over a larger area. Should of mentioned this don't need to be a perfect job, Id like it to be a little farther away from the bed once I get it back on.

Ill keep thinking about getting something better to use to distribute the load.

Judging by the photo, you are really needing to rotate the end of the bumper, not bend it. A straight pull probably is not going to give you the right effect.

Can you put a piece of box-section steel, or something rigid, across the top of the bumper horn (lying front to rear), with a piece of wood jammed tightly inside the bumper, to stop it crushing. Then two clamps (front & rear) right around the bumper & box-section.

Jack upward on the rear end of the box-section, while you put weight down on the front end, to twist it back into line.

Heat it with an acetylene torch and beat on it with a large hammer. You'll probably have to take it off, though.

You can just get a different straight bumper from another truck or Bronco for about $25-35 from the junk yard.

I doubt you'll ever get that one un-twisted again.

What you need is a small flat hook, about 2" wide with a small loop of chain welded to the end. Hook the hook on the bottom of the bumper, place a long metal rod or pole into the loop and rotate the end of the bumper.

I hope you can picture this. I used this years ago on bumpers similar to that when I was in the auto body repair business and it works well.

I'm with stosh on this one....that upward tilt on the end isn't gonna get pulled out. Just buy a used one. Tip: Get one that isn't just a thick sheet metal one like you have. Get one made of steel plate (1/4" i believe). I've had mine 25 years...nothing fazes it!
