Anyone know if there's a place to buy dual 4" stainless tailpipes for the OBS? I know a few companies make dual exhausts for these trucks, but unfortunately I previously bought a single system. I was just going to get a splitter and add the dual pipes, if they're available. Otherwise I guess I'll have to fab some up out of 304 stainless and some mandrel bends.
I dont know of any shop that can bend 4" let alone down an mandrel bend. Those dual setups that you've seen are probably not 4" systems. Best bet would be is to hit up your local exhaust shop and see what they can order for mandrel bends and fab up your own.

Yup, best the shop that bent up my duals could do is 3.5', so thats what I got on there.
I'll tell you right now, duals are a HUGE PIA from my experience. I bought a dual setup for my 99 and I've had a heck of a time getting it in... they are very picky about pipe placement. I hope to get mine in someday, if I can ever find another spare tire winch to put my spare back in and make sure the duals will clear the spare.

I don't see what the big deal is with clearance, especially if you fab up your own pipes. And I have a 6" lift on my truck, so that should add more room in itself, at least around the rear axle.
I bought a dual kit... not a custom bent exhaust. Clearance over the rear axle is too close, and I can't get the driver's side pipe to squeeze between the shock and my spare tire. A custom bent exhaust from a shop would probably solve both of these problems.
Back when I used to have my old gasser I thought about getting the "kit" exhaust. However, I went down to the local exhaust shop and he said that those kits never really fit like they are supposed to. Every truck is a little bit different.
