engine swapped and now problems!

I recently changed it out and placed a '95 5.8 engine in, It starts buts doesn't run very well.....help please.

Just to get the stupid questions out of the way first...
1. Did you swap computers as well?
2. Is everything hooked up (sensors and what not)
3. Check engine light on? Scanned for codes?
When you say it's not running very well, what specifically? Is it sputtering, surging, etc.,. The more info you can give us the more it will help.
