tire problem..... help

my buddies 05 f250 (all stock) keeps wearing out the outer edge drivers side front tire. he has gone through like 6-7. the dealer said they didnt find any problems with the front end.. any ideas?? was there a recall im not aware of...

I would take it to a tire shop which has an alignment shop and have them go over it. Just like a doctor. get a second opinion.
