Heres the skinny...
F10 = F100 series 1/2 ton conventional cab truck
J = 223 6 cylinder 1bbl engine, 114HP @ 3600 RPM
H = Lorain, Ohio assy.
511392 = Feb 1964 assy date, 1963 model truck
114 = wheelbase in inches(shortbed truck)
L = Holly Green exterior color
F101 = F100 model truck
381 = interior trim color..green(based upon 1964 code as theres no 1963 code I found) , 81 = conventional cab truck
A = Ford 3 speed L/D
12 = 3:89 rear axle ratio
4200 = truck max GVW
114 @ 3600 = engine hp spec @ given RPM, same as above
21 = DSO = Atlanta, Where the trucks selling dealer ordered it through
