Is there any way to get more pressure or oil to the injectors thats fairly cheap? I just looked at the terminator on itp.com and thats really expensive!!!! Or is there a different brand or something thats cheaper? Maybe there is a mod for this? I dont know thats why im asking. Thanks in advance!!

Running 2 pumps you could go for BTS or Terminator. About the same price. CPR is still a new unproven solution as far as it being in many trucks go. BTS and Terminator are proven systems. I'd save up my pennies for any of them. When you can afford them, the CPR one might be more proven by then.

If i'm not mistaken, I know you have the CPR Hpop is a single unit, STealth is coming out with a single unit and it hink terminator is working on a single unit as well that will flow more oil then a stock hpop. I'm sure they will be about half the price as the two pumps.

Have you looked at the swamps Gen 3 pump it is not as much as the term.

I just purchased the stealth DIY and had another pump so I could do it myself. Still cost me approx. $900.00

Worth it for what you gain.

Why do you need more oil pressure? Are you going to get big injectors?

That said, couldn't he get more injector if he went with single shot ones and not need big oil so badly? I mean, sooner or later he will want it but I would think that with split shots, it becomes sooner.

Thats what I was think, and why I asked him. But seems him money is tight so I would not think he is looking at injectors. Will see what he has to say.

I'm considering a Pulse simply to maximize what I have. Even the stock injectors can get starved with the OEM setup, but I'm thinking (and they market it so) that even with a stock setup, you will gain responsiveness and efficiency with more consisent oil pressure.

Reality is that everything for the PSD is STUPID EXPENSIVE, especially when doing a comparable upgrade to a Cummins. $2500 injectors for PSD but $700 for Cummins? ridiculous...

I'm with you here, on both points. By the time I can afford the Pulse there will be some opinions for or against it. If it goes against the Pulse then I have some money toward single shots and maybe a rebuilt or good used 17° HPOP.

Talk with Joey at Terminator. It's not on his site, but he modifies 17* pumps somehow to up the output just enough to not throw the CEL.

Why would he not put that on his site??? Sure it would be 'competition' for his Terminator setup, but the ONLY way I'm dropping that much coin on something like that is with a winning PowerBall ticket....and then I'd just destroke anyway - a more economic alternative would be great (like the Pulse) but if he won't even advertise it, it makes it seem like he's lacking the confidence needed to promote it.

It's still in testing, not for market retail yet.
