GM style HEI distributor

Any one using that dist. with an Edelbrock manifold and a heater hose from the manifold? If so, what fitting did you use in the manifold. Joe

It looks like you are having trouble with interference with the distributor and the heater hose nipple in the intake manifold? Wheaterhead brass (and others) make a 90 degree hose nipple that screws into the intake keeping the hose low if that helps.

I have a 90 stainless with a square body that I could grind the corner on, but it is a $20 part so I would rather not. I am hoping that some one has a slimmer bodied one. I will stop buy NAPA this evening and see what I can find. Thanks for your response. Joe
