I think you have to buy the headers specifically for a 4x4. Took me and a friend about 6 hours. Biggest time consumer was cutting the old exhaust out of the way. I only have a 4.5" grinder and it wasn't big enough to cut through the whole exhaust pipe so I had to break out the hack saw and slowly cut the rest off.

longtubes cleared everything fine in my truck. I just bought the set that summitracing.com showed match my vehicle. Dynomax I think. THey went in pretty easily. If I remember right, I think I pushed one of them up from underneath the truck. Other than that, no problem.

longs tube cleared everything on mine without a problem. Installation was pretty quick. Only hang up was that on one side, passenger side I think, I brought the header up from underneath. Other than that, pretty quick and painless.
