ABS Speed Sensor
Does anyone know where I can find the electrical connector that is on the pigtail that plugs into the ABS speed sensor on the rear differential? I drive alot of gravel roads and the rocks have hammered the sensor and connectors into fragments. I had the "ABS light on" condition and the excellent information on this sight led me to the problem. I suppose I could buy a new connector and fabricate a permanent connection (fill the plug with epoxy after soldering) but I would rather have a plug there for the next time. I will be hanging a piece of rubber belting over it from now on. Thanks much for your excellent site. You have saved me much $ over the years. One more quick question. Is the sensor for the 2005 the same as the sensor for the 1999? They look the same, but most of the online parts stores only list an ABS speed sensor for 99-03 or 04. I cannot find one listed for the 05. Thanks again.

Then some stores advertise motorcraft parts or you can go to a dealer with your part number. Other stores might be able to cross reference the number you provide.
