6g in fuel?? how far is alaska?? my fuel bill to home and back, averaging 22mpg was 1700.00. the highest i seen gas on the trip was 138.9 in northern ontario, the cheapest was 114.9 in ottawa. this was all premium remember...

Alaska must be aways away. 6 grand is alot to blow in fuel. I think id be saving my pennies.

I think Dad said it was going to be about 10,000klm round trip! He gets 12-14mpg pulling his fifth wheel.

The 12-14 mpg pulling a fifth wheel isn`t all that bad, at least not as much as the price per gallon/litre of fuel that stinks!
