Battery tray?
Would it hurt to spray a battery tray with rubberized undercoating?

How about Rhino Lining it instead?

You can buy it, or something similar from autoparts stores in a quart or gallon can, then brush it on.

Undercoating can peel, and trap rust/corrosion/battery acid underneath.

It won't be long before you have no battery tray.

He's right, I sprayed my battery tray with undercoating and it didnt last long

The battery tray is one of the many items I used the POR on.
