302 no spark

SIL was driving his truck when it suddenly died. It is getting no spark to plugs. The rotor is turning, Has 12volts at coil(drops to 9 when cranking engine). It gets one spark at the coil wire( I have a sparkplug in the coil wire and jumpered to ground) when I let off the key. No sparks otherwise. I jumpered from the battery to the coil and same thing. Any help appreciated.

What year is it and is it carbed? If it's carbed, I would try changing the ignition module on the fender.

It is an 86 f150 with FI. Module is on the dizzy.
