1990 5spd

I found a 1990 F150 extended cab with 4x4 and a 302. What I was wondering if I can do is to take and pull the body off the frame and hook up a 5.8L to the truck?? Could I turn it into a fuel injected version with the 302 wiring and harness?? I currently have a 5.8L 85 extended cab truck and I want the 5.8L and the 4x4 would be nice too. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I personally would not mess with putting fuel injection on the 351w. I know it can be done, but you will probably need a new computer and who knows what else to make it work.
