lightning speedo swap?
I want to swap a lightning speedometer and gauge cluster for my own. The speedometer goes to 120 instead on 80. I kow IfI could even get my truck to hit 100 it wouldbe a miricle. But anyways, what wouldI have to swap out?
Oh yeah, I'm not worried about the digital odometer. The miles on this truck are already screwed up.

Try and get the cluster out of a Lightning from the same year as your truck.
They will swap right in. If your odo was working correctly, you just swap the PSOM (which is probably dead on your current cluster) into the new one.
Other than that, just be careful with the gear indicator and check all the bulbs while it's out of the truck. 30 min swap, good to go.
