Installed new cam
Well this weekend the weather was nice so I took a chance and installed a new cam in the old 460. I purchased a complete kit with timing set and all. The job went smoother than I had expected, I used alot of JB80. I went with the Comp Cam 34-255-5 (1000-5200 rpm). I can feel a very strong surge of torque from 2800-3700. The throttle resp. is great the the old girl has a little more pep in her step. I love the idle and it is speed densety friendly. My computer adjusted to it very nicely.

Thanks Conanski, I think I made a great choice. I have to give props to Comp Cam Tech line they were great in pointing me in the right direction. The truck has way more power and sounds bad azz.
