super slow warm up
alright, where do i begin, ive got an early 99 f250 with 260,000 miles on it. It is extremely hard to start in the morning or if its been sittin for more than 8 hours unless you plug it in. Those mornings i realize i didnt plug in i have to kick the glow plugs on and off about 3-4 times, try to crank it and give it some gas MAYBE it will start that time, sometimes i have to repeat this process as many as 10 times on a cold day, 4 times on a hot day. and once it starts it blows tons of white smoke. Even on a 65 degree day like today i would crank the truck up cold, no plug in let it warm up for 10-15, hop in, look at my temp which is reading right about operating temp and leaving my house it takes about a mile or two , for it to have full power. WHATS THE DEAL????

im assuming everything on this motor is worn out, dont know how old any of it is. a mechanic "buddy" of mine says it doesn have any blowby, which i dont even know what that means. Im pretty new to the whole diesel thing
