I'm going to be selling my 95 F250 here shortly and it has two full tanks of diesel. I filled up both tanks about a month ago when a new gas station came in and was selling diesel for $3.20 a gallon(its now 4.20). Well before I sell it I want to siphon out a tank and a half and put it in my 96. Am I being cheap or is it a good idea? And would it be easy to do? Or is it a really good selling point?
Id keep the fuel for sure. Get yourself a siphon pump from walmart and start pumping. Whether or not the truck had fuel in it would not effect my decision one way or another when buying.
Ok, that's good. I didn't have my 96 at the time I filled up the 95 so I'm going to go ahead and move it over. It might be good for the new owner to experience a fill up
