5.4 engine checks and tune up

Ok since I will probably be keeping my F250 for another summer what are things I should do as far as tune up things and claeaning.Anything that can cause loss of power/preformance/gas milage over time.I already changed the plugs,cleaned the MAF,getting a new IAC valve and have a K&N air filter.Is there anything else I can clean up and/or replace?Anything whether big or small.I figure I might as well do everything I can since I have all summer.Gears will come after I have all the maintenance/tune up stuff done.Thanks alot for any input.

Change PCV valve and check it's hose asswmbly front and rear for cracked or really soft elbows.
A tranny fluid flush would be good too, as well as a coolant change.
