(Oh Brother am I gonna get it for that one!)
Yeah, I got one with some "pre-existing conditions" that I would like to have resolved and can't afford to pay for...
I am calling both and now have American Collectors ins. on my trucks and avanti--and have Nationwide for my daily drivers.
I know this is a 2 year old thread, but as a warning, I also have Nationwide insurance, and have for ever. Recently, I ran across a clause in the policy language that said if I had any of my vehicles insured with any other company besides Nationwide, they could deny any claim I had for any of my vehicles insured with them.
Read closely through your daily driver policies, people. Do not rely on verbal assurances from your agent. This is exactly the kind of loophole insurance companies love to use to take our money, and not give it back at claim time.
How will they know, you ask? Insurance companies are exempt from anti-trust laws, via the McCarran-Ferguson act of 1945, and as such, they are free to pool information, share data, etc. They know everything about you, and willingly share that information amongst themselves.
