Red Copper Hight Temp RTV, and use the FT exhaust gaskets. They are heavier matearial and solved my issue (so far) the flimsy little FE gaskets aren't worth a flip IMO They want to crawl inward for some strange reason (at least on my engine that happened #5/#8 both ends came inward and leaked)
The manifolds were fine when i took them off of the 360. I was told to use header gaskets. I put them on and they leaked. I know the ones i pulled off didn't leak. They were the tin kind.
FT exhaust gaskets come in most generic felpro gasket sets. Probably can be purchased at any parts store. I had the left over from the rebuild and decided to make use of them. Not a worry so far.
Try buying gaskets made from Copper. Summit Racing and Mr. Gasket has them. They expand and contract with the heat cycles of the heads and they're reusable. I installed mine 2 years ago and reused them again when I rebuilt the engine recently. Haven't had a problem since.
