Ranger tuner
i have a 99 Ranger with 3.0L auto 4x4...3inch lift and 32's. what would you recomend as a good reliable no overpriced computer or chip or tuner or what ever somepeople call them for my truck. want hp at times, mainly milage, adjust speedo, shift points, ... that sort of stuff

Not many tuners are going to be 4 or 6 cylinder compatible. I'd suggest checking with SCT and Sniper tuning. If they don't cover you, then you might have a look at Moates website and Unichip.
