I've had 35's on my truck for over a year and I never recalibrate my speedo. Doesn't bother me.. I know what my speed is using my GPS.
I'm not knocking Hypertech or anyone who's reprogrammed their ABS with it.. I just don't find it very comfortable as theres no sure way to ensure the system is fully intact like Ford can.

just an update guys
sct customer service sucks also.... get this. i shipped out my sct (monday) 4-21-2008. they receive it on 4-24-2008 (thursday) at 10:36am. i call friday to see if they got it, they couldnt find it.... im like what! then they say they are backed up and will find it when they can. so i call back monday 4-28-2008 at 4:00 pm. it just got checked in and they found it. so i say whats the turn around to fixing it. they tell me 10 days.... WTF... so basically it takes 1 month to get your junk fixed. total lack of customer service
SCT sucks
ill never purchase one of their products ever again

I know I'm a little late, but I had the same "invalid block" problem with mine, and got it fixed without sending it in. The X3 needed to be "reformatted" to fix the bad block (this is a section of the flash memory that has gone bad). I had one of the SCT techs online, and he did a remote connection to take over my PC over the internet and had me connect up the SCT and then issued a "secret" command that did the reformat. The command isn't really so secret, but it is not documented in any user manuals. A search through the SCT forums turned it up, though I can't remember the exact command (maybe a ctrl-F for format).
Anyway, to make a long story short, after the format, I had to reload the base firmware, built in tunes, and was good to go. The built in tunes was a 20 MB file that took almost 1/2 hour to load back into the X3.
