Rebore limits on 390

In most "dreams" they will go that far. Not usually, it's very rare and you'd have to have it sonic mapped to see first. ALOT of guys try to make 428's out of 390's and they tout they are wonderful. They are JUNK......and time bombs. One in a million 390 blocks will have the wall thickness to safely go that far, as core shift makes them very thin and to get all 8 cyls in good shape is hard to do.

Well ya could do it the easy way.....and just bought that lot of 10 NOS 427 blocks that Rick Toombs Had for 50K..... I couldnt believe Rick sold those blocks in 2 days...all to the same guy...Must be nice to have deep pockets...lol

You got it. One of each and I'll throw a NOS 427 topoiler block in for good measure too!!! I'll email the tracking numbers!!! They are coming Fed-Ex freight.
