Almost there..
Well last 2 days I have spent a lot of time under, over and in the van. 96 e150 TMC lotopconversion 285,000 miles, 5.8L with a custom made leaf spring set up ( Ok I took the van loaded to a local truck spring shop and they added appropriate leaf to bring ride height to normal with my almost constant 1,000 lbs of gear.
Well last 2 days I did plugs, wires, dist. cap and rotor. Rear shocks, U-joints, Syphoned all the power steering fluid I could and refilled, oil and filter change. reglued some loose carpet on the doghouse. After looking at the plugs Autolite APP24's and checking the resistence on the old wires I could have gotten away with just the cap and rotor change easily. and this after 120,000 miles. I was really surprised that I had to take the caps off the u-joints to install them and I was very nervous about that but all went well.
Left to do.. EGR valve, Right side Airbag sensor, Trans and Diff fluid. Still waiting on any advice on EGR valve removal I posted for any advice in another thread.
