I have owned my 90 F150 since 1995. I am the 2nd owner and bought it with about 60k miles and drove it daily until recently. The truck now has 213k miles and is oil fouling the #8 spark plug to the point where it is missing.
What is the truck worth as it sits?? A little more information:
1990 F150 Lariat regular cab, shortbed 2WD
5.0 with AOD transmission
EVERY option (except EAOD) including 2 tone blue paint which has rust showing through on the roof.
bedliner since new
The truck has never been wrecked and the engine and trans have never been apart. It is well maintained and everything works. Has cold air and 1995 factory aluminum wheels w/255-70 tires with about 30% life left. LOTS of new parts including radiator, heater core, alternator, & brakes. It is the most dependable vehicle I have ever owned. I intended to put an long block in it and a cheap paint job and keep driving it. But I bought a new truck and now have one more than I need . . . So, what is it worth as it sits? Thanks!
Tim, Thanks for the reply. That is actually a LOT more than I was thinking of asking . . . I was going to ask $2k before the engine started fouling #8, but now . . .
