Fluid On Rear Driver Caliper

I have a slight problem I noticed that my driver side rear tire was leaking oil onto the ground the other day so jacked her up, poped the tire off and to my suprise the caliperwas covered in oil/grease. I have narrowed it down to something to do with the hub I think. the splater of the fluid is in the center of everything making me think that it only hgappens when the tire is spinning. also there is some all over the inside of the rim. I just need to know what to replace.

Any help it welcome
