So I went to the ritchie brothers sale in stoon today. I had to kick myself four times.
First one was a 96 ford f350 cab and chassi truck with a 5.8 liter sold for 750 bucks. Would have been a perfect candidate for my reg cab shortbox powerplant.
Second one was a 95 western star gravel truck sold for 14,500. I dont know why I didnt bid on it, I did check it out and there was something that didnt quite sound right in the engine bay, but its still cheap! Was a detroit 60 series, with an 18 speed.
The third thing was a JD 332 diesel lawn tractor that sold for 2750. Had a mower and a snowblower. These diesel tractors usually go for 7 grandish.
Fourth thing was a candidate for a gravel truck. 1995 international with a cat and a ten speed, sold for 5250. I didnt think any of those tractors would go for cheap so i didnt get to check em out, so I didnt bid on it.
